The spacious screened-in lanai is perfect for dining, lounging, or simply soaking in the tranquil tropical atmosphere. Best of all, the beach is just a few steps away—you'll be on the sand in no time! Treat yourself to a week in paradise. Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 4), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, screen & glass enclosed lanai, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, 1 tennis & 2 pickle ball courts, elevators, covered parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.
7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

My wife and I have vacationed on Sanibel for several years, and this condo is by far the nicest we've rented. It was recently remodeled with a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen. The rooms are tastefully furnished and comfortable. All the electronics--A/C, ceiling fans, TVs, WiFi--work great. A bonus is the full-size washer and dryer! There is a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf. The location is excellent, with the beach out front and Periwinkle Way's shops and restaurants a short drive or bike ride away. We would definitely stay here again.
