Enjoy meals at the dining table for six, or unwind in the inviting living room with plush seating and a large flat-screen TV—ideal for relaxing evenings after a day in the sun. Sliding doors lead to the expansive lanai, where guests can enjoy meals al fresco while overlooking the lush landscaping. The primary suite offers a serene private escape with a king-size bed, direct lanai access, and a roomy layout. Its en suite bathroom impresses with a beautifully designed vanity and distinctive tilework in the walk in shower. The guest bedroom is equally welcoming, featuring two queen beds- perfect for families or traveling companions. This condo is fully equipped for the ultimate beach vacation, with thoughtful extras including beach chairs and an umbrella.
Located within the coveted Coquina Beach complex, guests enjoy private beach access, a large heated pool with loungers, tennis and pickleball courts, and a scenic boardwalk leading to the sand. More than just a place to stay, this luxury beachfront retreat is designed for unforgettable moments on beautiful Sanibel Island. This property is not pet friendly and guests are afforded a single parking spot. Oversized vehicles are not permitted.

Guests enjoy access to the many splendid community amenities included pickleball and tennis courts, beach access, and large heated pool.
The Neighborhood:
Coquina Beach is located at the end of Nerita street, immediately bordering the beach. It is one of the most highly desired locations due to its proximity to the causeway, lighthouse, and many fantastic beaches Sanibel has to offer!
Getting Around:
We recommend a golf cart, bikes, or a rental car to get around.
Other Things to Note:
We require guests to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The agreement will be sent upon booking confirmation.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available as much as needed but provide guests privacy to enjoy their vacation in peace and serenity!
