VillaTierra. Luxury villa. Best views in Nerja

Where to start? Just back from a fantastic week at Villa Tierra. We were 2 families of 7 people and this was our first time in Nerja. We can safely say we will DEFINITELY be back. From start to finish the communication with the Owner Federico was exemplary. Nothing was too much bother - morning, noon or night answered all our questions about the local and surrounding area plus a while lot more. All in perfect English. The Villa itself is HUGE and up a very steep hill but it's absolutely worth it for the stunning 360 degree views not only of the sea and Nerja but the mountains also. You will never tire of that view. The Villa is of luxury standing. Fantastic Rooftop Infinity Pool, all the amenities are provided, there is ample seating area for BBQ Dining etc. and a Table Tennis Table and Pool Table for those of us with a competitive edge haha! A car is essential - although there are a couple of restaurants and the Tropicana Sports Bar at the foot of the hill. Its just the walk back up that would challenge even the fittest. All in all a fantastic holiday. Would highly recommend Villa Tierra and Nerja which is beautiful and only a short drive away.

We had zero issues however if we had then I know they would be sorted immediately by either Fed or his Sister who lives round the corner

What a wonderful villa. So much space, very modern, and it had everything we needed. The pool and the incredible views were the absolute highlight, we didn’t want to leave. Excellent communication from the host.

The property is modern with exceptional views.

Federico failed to advise us that the outdoor pool was not heated and there was also no heating system installed in the living area, meaning we had to use electric heaters borrowed from him. Given the price and the fact we rented in winter time, these were big issues and Federico refused to give any kind of refund. We could not use the outdoor pool at all as the water was freezing. I would advise anyone looking to book to check this - it might be fine in the summer months but the whole pool area was not worth having in winter given they have not invested in heating.
