Welcome to Villa Nerja, where nature and comfort come together. Surrounded by the Andalusian countryside, just a short drive from Nerja's beaches and town centre. A car is recommended to make the most of the area.

The house has three comfortable bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds and two bunk beds) and two full bathrooms. The living area features a TV, air conditioning, heating and a fireplace for cosy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A washing machine is also available for longer stays. Self check-in makes arrival easy and flexible.
Outside is where Villa Nerja truly shines: a private pool surrounded by terraces with sea and mountain views, an arched porch for shaded lunches and a built-in BBQ with its own bar. The games area with ping-pong and foosball guarantees fun for all ages. A crib and high chair are available for families with babies.
Good to know: Villa Nerja is semi-detached and shares one side wall with the neighbouring house; the pool, terraces and garden are for guests only. Air conditioning is available in the living room and master bedroom; the other bedrooms have fans. Our maintenance team makes a short weekly visit to the pool and garden (outdoor areas only). No pets. No smoking indoors. Parties, loud music and events are not allowed; quiet hours from 23:00 to 8:00.
