Excellent views and new so in good condition. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Very spacious.

The only difficulty was “handing back the keys”. They had to be put back in a little lock-box and it took me a while to figure out the puzzle to fit all the keys in…

Excellent views and location. Easy (free) street parking. Private hot tub was fantastic! Super quiet property in the winter- I’d imagine in the summer it is quite different.

Could use a deep cleaning in the corners of the apartment, not the clearest communication, and facilities weren’t all available at the time of year (spa was broken, indoor pool water jet broken, outdoor pool not heated)

Everything was very comfortable and pleasant during our stay. The apartment itself is beautiful, modern, and well equipped. One of the highlights is definitely the amazing view — it really makes the place special and creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Overall the apartment and the complex are very nice and it was a great place to spend time.

Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in our room was not working during our stay.

Views are fantastic, gym is nice, sauna works well, rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable.

The jacuzzi in the spa area was empty, only one jet of water was working in the pool. The jacuzzi in our apartment didn't heat (it's February) and the only thing the staff could do was send the same instructions over and over on the phone. Disappointed that we didn't see anyone in person at any point of our stay. Kitchen had nothing to clean dishes or wipe a single counter, and games room darts / pool table cues were broken. Perhaps the place is well kept in summer, but in winter we really felt ignored and overcharged for only part of what was promised. We are very reasonable people, being local business owners ourselves with a background in hospitality, but my birthday weekend was not made particularly special (I mentioned several times that it was my birthday, and not even a "happy birthday" wish crossed their minds). Shame, as I usually enjoy getting to know other local businesses in order to plan larger family gatherings... I wouldn't recommend.
