Clean room. Looked as in pictures. Comfortable bed. Close to S line.

There are repairs ongoing on the floor I stayed. To get to the room I was passing through piled up construction materials and dust everywhere. Construction noise little after 8 in the morning, even on Saturday.

Close by to S Bahn. Can get ICE Train to Hamburg Harburg. One stop to S Bahn. S Bahn takes you direct to key points in Hamburg. Simple, clean rooms. Good breakfast, simple.

The breakfast was very good, complimentary water appreciated. The room layout was convenient. I liked that they provided a fan. Perfect location for the “Just whisky” convention held the weekend I was there. Housekeeping staff very friendly.

The stairwell had a foul stench.

Sehr angenehm und freundlich.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Öffentliche Vehrkehrsmittel kann man von dort sehr schnell erreichen. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Personal ist zuvorkommrnd und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber, Kopfkissen und Lacken sahen schon benutzt aus. Fahrräder sind schlecht unter zu bringen da die Tiefgarage über einen Autolift betrieben wird. Über eine Bettensteuer von 5 € pro Nacht wird man aufmerksam gemacht wenn man auscheckt.

Kleines Hotel - große Überraschung

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und sehr engagiert, unseren Aufenthalt zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis werden zu lassen. Für ein vergleichsweise kleines Hotel in dieser nicht ganz glücklichen Lage wirklich sehr ansprechendes Angebot. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat den Tag wunderbar gestartet: sehr gute Auswahl, ansprechend präsentiert.

Das Umfeld ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts.

Toller Service, bei guter Austattung und tollem Service

Wir wurden super aufgenommen und uns wurde vom netten Rezeptionisten zum Parkplatz im Innenhof gewiesen. Der Parkplatz war super, beim Zimmer hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, Sauberkeit war überdurchschnittlich gut. Trotz dass wir verschlafen haben und es nicht pünktlich zum Frühstück geschafft haben, wurde extra für uns alles noch hergerichtet und wir konnten vor unserer Abreise ausgiebig frühstücken. Hoch zu loben ist hier das Personal, das nennt sich makelloser Service

Offenbar ein Geheimtipp

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, vom Empfang bis hin zum Frühstücksservice. Die Zimmer sind praktisch und sehr sauber, und das Badezimmer ist neu und gut eingerichtet.Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der rückseitige Parkplatz sowie die Parkgarage, sodass man sein Auto nicht auf teuren öffentlichen Parkplätzen abstellen muss. Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet, und es wird nur so viel gemacht, wie die Gäste tatsächlich essen, was wir sehr positiv fanden.Das Hotel liegt in Harburg, etwas außerhalb vom Hamburger Zentrum, bietet jedoch eine gute Anbindung mit U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Bus, sodass man bequem ins Zentrum gelangen kann. Die Infrastruktur rund um das Hotel ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, mit Kiosken, Tankstellen, Dönerläden, Ladesäulen, Imbissen, Restaurants und einer Sparkasse in unmittelbarer Nähe.Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt durchweg positiv, und ich kann das Hotel aufgrund des freundlichen Personals, der sauberen Zimmer und der guten Anbindung nur empfehlen.

Harburg is een leuk plaatsje waar je lekker kunt eten en shoppen kunt.

Goed ontbijt. Fijne parkeerplaats onder het hotel. Lift in het hotel. Metro was maar 7 min. Lopen. Daarna was je in mum van tijd in centrum hamburg. Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt.

Ik had het gevoel dat ik in Turkije was. Veel buitenlanders in die streek.
