Tiny, cramped room. No waste basket in room and only a tiny one in bathroom. Signs in bedroom and bathroom saying you had to provide your own toilet paper - this was not clear in web description. Dangerous low step on front porch - I fell on it in the dark.

This is not a hotel, it is an Airbnb.

Easy entry. Well labeled. My bed was comfortable enough.

What I didn't like was thinking I was going to an Airbnb. I thought booking.com only had hotels for staying. If I wanted to pay 50% of the room cost for cleaning fees, I would have gone to an Airbnb. There was only one towel for two people. There was no explanation about needing to take the random roll of toilet paper to the bathroom that was in our room. 4 bedrooms and 2-4 people in each room sharing 1 bathroom. There was no floor mat when stepping out of the bathtub/shower. There was no air-conditioning and thankfully there was a fan, but the way the room was set up only one of us could use the fan.

Exceptional

Short taxi ride to the eBus. A few twists and turns if driving to it yourself. I wanted a quiet place to sleep after the Stromae concert. I couldn't find the code in the dark and the landlords graciously sent it to me when I arrived. If you're looking for clean, quiet and comfortable, with a full kitchen this place is awesome. I liked that everyone being strangers to each other had to wear a mask. The outside walkways had pretty fall flowers in full bloom.

If you want to make noise and listen to loud music, this place would not be for you. However, if you want a good night's sleep, then it's perfect.

Long stay in Surrey

The room was comfortable, the host is nice and answer quickly to any questions. The house is close to bus stops and the sky train.

There were not enough products to clean after ourselves (ie remove the water around the sink, vacuum in the room, kitchen towels for the dishes). It might lack of space to put your clothes and other things during a long stay.

Cleaning fee not worth one $

Large room

Bathroom had mold on ceiling and tub, mildew on tub and on shower curtain. Paid $50 cleaning fee and got ripped off on that. Bathroom floor grout looks like its never seen bleach in its life. TOWEL was wet. Would be happier if I didnt pay an extra $50 cleaning fee.

Very poor

Very impersonal set up Notes everywhere asking to wear gloves which goes against every form of hand hygiene in clinical practice. Hand hygiene means wash your hands not wear gloves. Did not stay in a hospital caring for patients and wasn’t touching anyone. No personal greeting. Room was cold. Loud noise coming from other guests. Sounded like Mumbai central.

Overall, great place to sleep at, super responsive owners and a great location and great price.

The price for 5 people for 2 nights was the cheapest you'll get anywhere by far. The owners were super accommodating and were very quick to respond to any inquiries we had. You can cook but would need all your own pots and pans. One shared fridge between lots of different rooms in the basement. Same thing for the upstairs. One washroom with shower upstairs and the same thing goes for upstairs.

If you're looking for a place to play loud music or an outdoor area to chill out, then it's not the place. Bedding could have been a bit cleaner but with all the rooms they have to take care of, it was very understandable if bedding was a bit stained.

That's the owner came early to give me my first birthday gift from anyone else instead of being confused and frustrated.... she's a very awesome person and we become very good friends! I look forward to going back soon !!!!

You definitely get what you pay for it owners of the home are great central location it's a cozy

My favorite part of staying at this place was definitely the owners of the home. You can tell that they do take pride and they really do care about the people that come through their home. They're extremely pleasant sometimes language can be a bit of a barrier but if you have a little bit of patience but everything should be fine. Another thing that I like about the house was I guess you could say it's cozy. Like I said it's worth every penny which wasn't very much so I go back again if I was on a tight budget but if you're looking for somewhere that it's a little more luxurious face may not be the place for you and I say that in the nicest way XOXO

Laundry Costed 5 dollars could you unload. I suggest you bring your own laundry detergent because the laundry detergent that they have it's supplied for you is completely watered down along with their dish soap and hand soap for the washroom. It is a lovely place and I'm sure they do their best but it is definitely somewhere where I highly suggest going to the Dollar store grabbing yourself a couple plates a couple cups some of you utensils your own cleaners and towel or two and maybe a fan for your bedroom cuz it gets a little warm. The people who own the home are lovely lovely people I would definitely go back go back again because it's definitely worth the money that you pay and the location is very Central closest ice cream close to Safeway bought some shopping and some yeah and a beautiful city
