Modern apartment in residential area next to the river

Comfortable stay, good location - residential area 30 mins walking to the old town. Modern furniture.

Very comfortable modern apartment in Lyon’s cool La Confluence district.New and old Lyon all nearby.

The keys and code were all arranged and communicated in advance on Booking and on WhatsApp/text on our arrival. Our only minor problem was locating the post/lockbox initially, which was probably a minor language issue in the specifics of the box location, though we were happy to get instructions in English. An ideal place to stay that’s accessible to historic areas and right next to the modern Confluence mall and shops. Perfect for a foodie/gastronomic visit across Lyon. Travel to Part Dieu rail station was easy by tram and taxi, and getting around was easy enough that we dropped our planned use of a rental car during our stay.

The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Bright apartment, excellent facilities, great location by the water, shops and restaurants nearby. Host was really helpful and on hand for any queries or questions. We stayed for roughly 6 weeks (except weekends).

The apartment was a little hot with all the sunshine during the heatwave experienced at the time. We recommended to Alain to buy a second fan. The parking garage is for a small car. We did though park at the back of the building without any problems.

Very disappointing from an apartment that is graded 8.9...

A recreation apartment should be equipped with A/C that works. It was very uncomfortable. Also the owner's "advice" to keep windows open during the night means that 05:00 am the sun wakes you up.

Location close to restaurants en shopping mall, practical and nicely decorated small apartment.

A bit of noise later in the evening from people inside and outside the building, apartment was quite warm due to airco (also dry air) and takes quite some time to get hot water from shower (1 minute).

The host gave very clear directions to the apartment and indoor car park. Small but complete apartment, great for short stay in Lyon.

Perfect for a few days exploring Lyon.

In a great location. Perfect size for our group - travelled with my wife and daughter. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with through the booking.com app.

No issues. However, although the sofa bed is a double I imagine the property might have felt a little small with four adults.

Great place to stay - and the view!

Great apartment right in the heart of the city. 15 min walk to the old town, 20 min to the city centre with the Hôtel de Ville. Good amenities and a very charming balcony with a view on the river. Parking on-site, for free. Some restaurants and shops are in the vicinity. The apartment isn't large, but space is very efficiently used.

Un super séjour dans un appartement très calme et bien équipé. Je reviendrai !

Les informations précises pour récupérer la clé. Le calme du logement et sa situation près des transports et du centre commercial, et des bords de Saône pour rejoindre à pied le Vieux Lyon et la place Bellecour. L'ensemble des équipements proposés (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge séchant, plaque à induction, café Nespresso). Le confort du grand lit avec sur matelas. La grande propreté de l'appartement et la qualité du linge de maison fourni (draps et serviettes). Les ventilateurs du séjour et de la chambre (et pour cette dernière une climatisation très efficace avec un petit supplément justifié). Le parking privé en option dans un quartier où le stationnement est très difficile. Propriétaire très réactif à toutes mes demandes.

Les toilettes trop petite avec en plus un lave main qui prend un quart de la place !! Le vis a vis, la fenêtre du salon donne sur une vingtaine de fenêtres de l'immeuble en face situé a 10 mètres Une chaleur de plus de 30° dans l'appartement (Très difficile de dormir) pas de volet contre la chaleur Plaque de cuisson très compliqué et peu fonctionnel !!
