The flat is nice and cozy, and the heating system is great. The kitchen is very well equipped, as well as the bathroom. The place is tidy and clean. There is a coffee maker, so you can make as much coffee as you like. Also, the flat is near the city centre, so everything is easily reachable on foot. There are a plenty of bars and taverns in the vicinity of the flat, so you can enjoy local food.
During my stay there were no WiFi in the flat. Furthermore, the flat is partly under the ground level and the walls are quite thick, so there was difficult to get the mobile signal in the flat. the only way to receive the cellular signal was to stand just near the window. The owner was convincing me that the WiFi issue would be resolved shortly.
As for the breakfast, there is only bread and jam and some cheese offered, so if you expect something more you will have to get the food yourself.
One must be aware that in this part of Italy people would normally have just a small cookie for breakfast, so it is really difficult to get sugar-free breakfast, and to get a sugar-free & meat-free breakfast is virtually impossible. This is not related to this property, however, I think that people should be aware of these local habits, and that is the reason why i am writing this here.
