Great location

Excellent location, just a couple of minutes walk from the chair lift. The host was very friendly and helpful. Good value for money given the location.

A good economical option for two people

1. Very nice hostess. Responsive, helpful, always available to call. 2. Perfect location 100 meters from the ski lift. 3. Paid parking is available in the garage or free parking on the street under the windows. 4. Fabulous view from the window - directly to the mountains. 5. Considering the high prices in Cervinia, this apartment for two people (next to the ski lift) is one of the most economically friendly.

Two main problems - the temperature in the room and the relatively narrow rooms. The heating in the rooms only works during the day (from about 8 am to 6 pm). This means that it is practically impossible to dry ski clothes. In the evenings the room becomes cool (not cold, but unpleasantly damp). In the morning the clothes are still damp, but the room is cool. Tolerably narrow for two people, but I can't imagine how three or four people can live in such a space for a week.

Barbara was such an amazing host and this apartment is located in the PERFECT spot.

I came to Cervinia for a ski holiday with friends. They stayed at a nearby hotel but I wanted a space of my own and this apartment was perfect. Communication with Barabara was excellent before my arrival. She made sure that I had all of the information necessary for a smooth check-in, and she helped register my car so that I could drive in the Limited Auto Zone. Located just a few minutes from the Cretaz ski lift (this lift connects you with the whole park). I would definitely stay here again.

A perfect budget friendly apartment with a brilliant location and great ‘host’

Everything particularly the point of contact Barbara. So helpful and friendly despite my silly questions. We had an issue getting a transfer on our way out and she organised it perfectly. The apartment was perfect for two of us on a budget. Really quiet location looking onto the Matterhorn! And right next to the Cretaz ski lift- ideal and in the town. Apartment was really well equipped with comfortable beds and all the necessary equipment to cook etc. Nothing to fault!

The advert did say ski to your doorstep which is not quite true ahah!

Appartement was way too small for 2 person, thought there were 4 beds Very filthy!! Bathroom full of hairs, floor and rest of room really needed a deep clean. I asked before booking about internet I was assured to have connection as I had to work but line was basically unusable.

Never in my life I have been accused of something as serious as STEALING!

Never in my life I have been accused of something as serious as STEALING! On the first day of our stay, the employee asked if we want towels and sheets. we replied that we didn’t need them because we had our own. The employee placed the sheets and the towels on a top of a shelf and said “if you are not going to use it, i will leave it here, closed”. To our surprise, on the day of the check-out we were accused of stealing the sheets and the towels without even touch it because the employee forgot where she put them. Worse than that, she sent messages for me with false accusations and insults without being sure what she was saying. Rude attitude. If there was a good comment to make about this accommodation, this last attitude destroyed all the good feedback.

very close to the lifts (3-5 min walk from door to the lift) host always available in whatsapp all you need for cooking is there also some crucial things very there at the beginning like toilet paper or salt or sugar

it gets very cold inside and you need to write to the host to turn on the heating (it's only managed distantly). and then heating turns off very quickly although it's still not that warm. I would not say it was very clean when I arrived - e. g. dust or some particles on the shelves in the kitchen, open pack of spaghetti

Cheaper stay and good location but host was not good.

Location was great and was cheaper than many places would be.

Bathroom wasn't very clean and there were a few issues with the apartment (e.g had to get the owner to come to apartment as stove wouldn't work). Instructions to apartment were not clear and called for help but they got annoyed and raised voice. Ended up having to find it alone. Paid £30 for sheets etc but they didn't even provide a duvet cover. While it sleeps 4 people, would not recommend staying with that many as it was cramped with 2. To me, saving money was more important so I was okay with it but do not stay here expecting an easy stay
