The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Although not all of the staff communicated in English, we still received excellent service and felt very welcome. Hotel is not next to the roadside, but it was easy to find a place for car in the yard. We enjoyed to spend time in the yard and the sound of running water there. The room was very clean and the breakfast was plentiful.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. My husband had a boyhood dream of driving the bendy road he saw on Top Gear. However not anticipating the journey time and the different side of the road driving, we needed somewhere quickly to stay. We found this gem. Spotlessly clean with loads of Alpine charm. Lovely balcony to admire the views. The bed was a wee bit hard for our liking and very creaky but managed a decent sleep. Breakfast had everything you would want for a continental breakfast with tea and coffee in abundance. The staff were so lovely and friendly and the atmosphere was chilled and relaxed.

Nice family-run hotel

We enjoyed our stay a lot. "I Rododendri" is one of those small family-run hotels which I always find charming. Our room faced the back side, toward the river and had a nice view from the balcony. It was very quiet and relaxing and the pleasant river noise added to the mountain flair. The rooms were simple with nothing extraordinary, just the essential stuff. The same applies for the breakfast. Not a huge variety, just a standard continental breakfast. Also, the restaurant had quite low prices, as well as nice pizzas for dinner. Behind the building there is a big enough and safe private parking. The cleanliness was excellent, I can't complain at all. The staff was also very nice and polite. Even though they couldn't speak english we had no problems understanding each other.

Super Pizza, leckerer Tafelwein, jederzeit wieder!

Die Lage ist hervoragend, Stilfser Joch, Gavia und Tonnale Pass sind in kurzer Zeit erreicht. Das Frühstück ist aussreichend und gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Zimmer war etwas beengt, als Motorradreisende aber kein Problem.

Albergo ottimo, accoglienza e pulizia eccellente, grande cura dei dettagli.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere terme e piste di Bormio. La pulizia sorprendente per la cura nel dettaglio. Camera di recente ristrutturazione. Ambiente accogliente e familiare. Buona la pizza al loro ristorante-pizzeria. Indiscutibile l’ ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Unica ed esclusiva nota negativa torta e brioche della colazione non fresche, ma trascurabile a confronto di tutto il resto.
