I got woken up at 3 am and 5 am by people leaving to go to the airport, but I did understand. It was not a big problem

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the spacious garden is a lovely place to relax and unwind. Depending on the room, I could occasionally hear some noise from the neighboring room at night, but overall I had a pleasant stay.

Nice little hotel, in a quiet part of Venice not far from the airport set in lovely grounds with nice vista views around.
Was a bit of a walk into town for food... and its a bit remote...
