Great Location to stay.

Great great location, just infront of the place there is a bus stop, bus 19 directly to venice center. Parking is free but limited.

The host was very friendly. He allowed me and my family to check in early. Coffee and Breakfast were very good and all my family members enjoyed it very much. The host was also very helpful in arranging for a taxi very early in the morning which eased a lot of my stress.

Excellent choice

Great location, just 20 minutes to Venice by bus (or 30 by tram). It has a parking in the yard and a big supermarket nearby. The host welcomes us with breakfast and coffee - there is coffee machine, and also a dishwasher. It was the best choice for visiting Venice.

The bed was fine, but the sofa bed wasn't so comfortable for sleeping.

Excellent accommodation.

It is a very clean, pleasant and comfortable place. Very warm and very well equipped so it is easy to prepare food there. Transport into Venice is good and regular and the bus stop is very close to the house. The hosts are excellent. I recommend this accommodation.

It's very good to have the parking for the car or if you don't have it, the bus stop is really near to the apartment. The bed is confortable and for the breakfast you can choose between a lot of things. The kitchen has a lot of tools for cooking. The bathroom is not too big but it is functional.

Only few television's channels are available.

Excellent value for money

The hosts were very accommodating. They allowed me to check in early. The hosts provided me with a very useful map with important information regarding bus stops, bus lines, etc. I wish all hosts would prepare such maps.

The bus from the station in Venice to the accommodation takes a while and one usually cannot get a seat. After a hard day of sightseeing, this can be exhausting. I would have liked some English or German TV stations. Having said that, I didn't explore the streaming services that were available.

The perfect place, an hidden paradise near Venice

The place is really amazing! The rooms are comfortable, with enough space to stay inside and not feeling stuffy, the modern decorations help you to feel even more ad ease: the suite had a little kitchen with everything you need (microwave, sink, four or five differents pots, cups, glasses, forks and knives, plates for four people and also a small dishwasher with a BIO programme you can use.) The place was very clean, due to covid me and my friend cleaned the room by oyurselves but the landlady was really kind, giving us all we needed (broom, dust-catchers, spray and sponges to clean the differents surfaces of the house). Our room included also a bathroom of modest dimensions but very well organized, the shower is big and very funcionale, the temperature inside the bathroom was always warm thank to the radiator (this helped us to keep the towels dry) and the landlady gave us two sets of towel each, included in the price. The bed was hidden by a section with a picture so you can still have some privacy from the main space, it's big and comfy, the pillows are slim and fluffy but if you need another one because you prefer more thick ones the landlady would willingly give you another. We also had included the breakfast, and when we arrived we found on the table a lot of good stuff like jam, plumcakes, chocolate and rusks; moreover in the fridge they left for us milk, butter, cream for the coffee and some juice. The landlord was kind enough to welcome us and explain everything we needed to know about the place (first the informations about the room then about the street the BB is in), and showing us the map and the guides that are included in the suite (the map is very detailed, it explains you everything about the shops you have near by and how to reach Venice in tram or with the bus); he was also very kind and helpful whenever we needed. They also pay a lot of attention about the COVID-19's emergency!

Nothing, Everything has been really amazing! The only thing I might point out was the fact that sometimes when people talked you could have heard them through the walls, but it has not been a serious or bothersome issue.

Minunat!

Cazarea este foarte aproape de statia de autobuz care duce in Venetia. Gazda a fost foarte amabila; ne-a oferit toate detaliile cu privire la transportul catre Venetia si facilitatile din imprejurimi. Am apreciat mult cafeaua din partea casei si dulciurile pentru micul dejun.

Totul a fost minunat. Sper sa revenim candva.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti presso la struttura e l'esperienza è stata davvero ottima. I sig.ri Luciana e Attilio ci hanno accolto con grande gentilezza e professionalità, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio e fornendoci tutte le indicazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno. L'attenzione e la disponibilità non sono mai venute meno, fino all'ultimo momento. Abbiamo trovato tutto per la prima colazione più altri piccoli prodotti che servono per la cucina, la pulizia impeccabile e l'ambiente molto curato, ottima la posizione, con tutti i servizi vicini! Un soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni aspetto! Consiglio vivamente! Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità!

Fantastic value for money!

Очень разумное распределение пространства и чудесный высокий деревянный потолок. Манящие столики на веранде, к сожалению, не пригодились в феврале. Удобный прямой автобус до Венеции, можно доехать почти в любое время за 20-30 минут. Рядом чудесный ресторан с ценами примерно 50% от венецианских, ужинали мы там и хорошо сэкономили на этом, да ещё и наслаждались морепродуктами. Очень чисто и всё в хорошем состоянии, причём ремонт высокого качества, а не как в некоторых других странах.

Слышно что происходит в соседних комнатах, особенно если соседи возвращаются поздно и громко разговаривают. Днём на соседнем балконе лает собака, но она просто общается с окружающими. Вместо посудомойки, стиральная машинка была бы, пожалуй, полезней.

Posizione ottima a 20 metri dall'autobus 19 che ti porta in Venezia in 20 minuti. La cortesia del proprietario. L'ampiezza della doccia, la pulizia della struttura.

La stanza è veramente piccolina, ritagliata in uno spazio ridotto. La colazione c'è ma è risicata a delle fette biscottate confezionate e dei cornetti confezionati. 100 euro a notte non sono poche considerando la struttura ed i servizi forniti.
