דירה גדולה נקיה ומרווחת שיש בה את כל המתקנים. נמצאת בשכונה מטופחת ושקטה וקרובה - כעשר דקות הליכה לאוטובוסים וחשמליות. בעל הבית דאג לנו להסעה, בתשלום סביר משדה בשעה מאוחרת בלילה. בעל הבית השאיר רשימה של תחבורה ומקומות לאכול עם כתובות וכן מפת ונציה.
הדירה נמצאת בקומה שלישית ללא מעלית, דבר המקשה להגעה למבוגרים או בעלי מזוודות כבדות. בדירה לא נמצא רישום של כתובת וסיסמה לכניסה לWIFI, התקשורת הטלפונית עם הבעלים (למחרת בבוקר) אילצה אותנו להשקיע כשעתיים עד שהצלחנו לקבל את הפרטים הנדרשים.
