Location. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, that was great after our stay in Venice on the way back to US. I was surprised how much we liked this hotel. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the airport. We had an early flight, and I am very glad that we choose to stay at this hotel instead of the hotel in Venice. You can get to Ca'Tessera hotel from Venice by public bus (it goes every 30 min from the plaza next to the train station) for 10 dollars per person (you should get off one stop before the airport (Tessera or something like that) and walk for ~10 min).

The floor boards were so squeaky that staying with a family meant everyone was woken whenever anyone got up at night
