La struttura, in edificio storico, si presenta moderna e ben predisposta per ospitare fino a tre persone. La camera da letto è sufficientemente comoda e la zona giorno più che discreta. La pulizia è stata ottima e il proprietario estremamente disponibile per qualsiasi informazione o richiesta.
La posizione è ottima, nel centro del paesino (quindi lontano da ogni impianto di risalita della valle per come questi sono disposti); lo stadio del fondo è raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti.
La luce automatica nell'antibagno è scomoda se uno degli ospiti dorme nella sala.
