The location and views are amazing!

We loved this location and the views were amazing! The hosts were friendly and the breakfast was our favorite with local farm products.

The cons: My sons slept on the pull out couch which was not comfortable at all. Also when pulled out you have to climb over it to get to the bathroom and no way to open the balcony door. Also we reserved the spa facilities and unfortunately the hot tub was not hot at all and the Roman spa didn’t seem to be working, or we couldn’t figure out how it worked :/

lovely restful pit stop on our journey through the Dolomites back to the UK

we had a wonderful greeting from the family dog 😍 we loved the cleanliness the super family friendly vibe, the view and all the yummy cakes and a fabulous breakfast 😋 and the family history of the hotel! 👍🏼❤️👍🏼

Modern, clean apartments. Accommodations smallish in terms of square meters. Functional, adequate.

Hotel was clean and modern. Plenty of parking. Breakfast setup was precise and neat (assigned seating). Choices for breakfast were adequate to good. Rainfall shower head and lots of hot water. Prijka products provided for bath was a nice upscale touch. Barbecue, picnic, playground area just down the hill was well maintained; we utilized it a lot due to the good weather. It is located just below a very nice municpal gravel road that is good for hiking (we are hikers). Full kitchen, while tiny, was very usuable. Contained a microwave (rare in rural Europe in our experience)!

Our one bedroom rental was very small. Tiny house small. You had to step into the shower to exit the bathroom. Hostess was cold and distant. Her chilly distance and lukewarm communication cast a pall over our 3 day stay; she was a contrast to everywhere else we stayed in Italy and Germany. She was invisible after check in. Not possible to stay there without a car in our opinion. Difficult drive to property; would be unobtainable with snow or ice.

Excellent location in Alps. We had a nice view over the mountains. The breakfast included was very good and definitely better then our expectations. The host was very friendly.
