The property is a great location to stay, but despite being within market price, it is not worth the cost.
Great location, close to the center but isolated enough to enjoy the quiet of the mountains. The flat was perfectly cleaned, and the staff welcoming us has been kind, friendly and very helpful.
Not enough equipped (no towels, no sheets, no dishwasher, no oven, very few cutlery, very few space to store clothes), very small bedrooms.

L'appartamento ha un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo e si trova vicino alla zona antica
La posizione tranquillissima e di notte silenziosissima e allo stesso tempo vicino al centro; la pulizia; la camera matrimoniale piccola ma carina; la cucina abbastanza attrezzata; tegami puliti; soggiorno-cucina ampio e bel balcone con vista sui monti e sul bosco. Due divani abbastanza scomodi, TV funzionante.
Eravamo in due amiche e volevamo dormire separate perché abbiamo routine diverse. Io ero nella camera matrimoniale e la mia amica in uno stanzino piccolissimo dove c'era la caldaia e un letto a castello. Era difficile muoversi all'interno di questo stanzino che non credo sia a norma né per una né tantomeno per due persone. Io personalmente non sarei riuscita a dormirci, da claustrofobia, e inoltre la caldaia accesa faceva rumore. Nell'appartamento non c'è WIFI

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo!!
Appartamento in ottima posizione, si raggiunge comodamente Bellamonte, Pampeago, Obereggen, Carezza, passo Rolle, passo Lavazè, San Martino di Castrozza e tanto altro, prezzo davvero competitivo rispetto agli altri, proprietaria gentilissima, sempre reperibile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, importantissima e apprezzatissima anche la presenza di garage interrato privato al coperto e anche posto auto esterno privato.
Bisogna avere un po' di spirito di adattamento in quanto l'appartamento, l'arredamento e le finiture sono piuttosto datate, tutto in ottimo stato ma pare di entrare in un appartamento anni 80, ma a noi è andato benissimo e non ci è pesato, alla fine non si va li per godersi l'appartamento, si passano tutte le giornate fuori quindi..
