7 DAY RENTAL IN SEASON JULY-LATE AUGUST SATURDAY - SATURDAY This 4 bedroom (4th bedroom is loft) 3 full bathroom condo sleeps 12 of your closest family and friends. It is just 1 half block from the beach with breathtaking vast views of the ocean from the brand new front 3rd floor deck. There is garage parking for 2 cars and a storage area for your beach supplies. Come enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean at 15th Street Beach in North Wildwood any time of year! We cater to families and responsible adults 28 and older. (Holiday weekends 3 day minimum)

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was excellent, close to North Wildwood and the boardwalk, with easy access to the beach right from the condo. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning with our coffee and taking in the beautiful ocean view.The loft area was perfect for the teenagers in our group. They loved having their own space to sleep and hang out, and having a separate bathroom upstairs made it even better. Overall, this was a great place for our family getaway, and we would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our girls’ weekend trip. Great location, plenty of space and nicely furnished. Host was great to work with and communication was very easy. Would definitely recommend

We spent Memorial Day weekend at Mike’s place, 4 adults with 4 kids. The house was spacious and big enough for us to spread out when we needed to. The house is so close to the beach which is perfect for families with kids. We fit 2 SUV’s into the garage and there was free street parking as well. We visit Wildwood every year and it was a great stay for us.

Amazing location! Comfortable beds and kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans and essentials you need. Will definitely be back!
