* * * INCREDIBLE 3 STORY TOWNHOUSE SLEEPS 16 * * *Our 20th Street townhouse is an incredible, 2500 square foot, 3 story home that is only 1 house back from the North Wildwood beach and Boardwalk. It is complete with brilliant ocean views, and sleeping arrangements for up to 16 people. We completed a refresh over the 2022 winter which included new flooring, new Kitchen appliances, several new furniture pieces, new mattresses, new deck furniture, new beach gear, etc. MORE UPGRADES COMING OVER WINTER 2023! This magnificent 6 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath vacation escape starts with a grand foyer, garage, and a one Queen / one twin over twin bunk bedroom/bathroom suite on the first floor. On the second floor guests will find significant amount of space to spread out. The fully loaded kitchen features a full array of all necessary cooking appliances and utensils you may need, along with a breakfast bar that seats 4. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a gorgeous table, chandelier, and seating for 8 more guests. Next is the great room, which includes comfortable seating for 7, a large screen TV, and high speed wireless internet. Also found on the second floor is a half bathroom, a fully stocked laundry room, and a nicely sized bedroom containing a twin over full bunk. Through the sliding glass doors off the great room, the deck provides a comfortable table seating 4 and a wonderful ocean view. On the third and final floor, guests will find 4 more wonderful bedrooms. The luxurious master bedroom features a King size bed, windows viewing the ocean, large screen TV, and a full bathroom with dual vanity. Next to the master bedroom is a bedroom with a twin over full bunk and a dresser. In the hallway, guests will find another full bathroom, and two more bedrooms. One bedroom features two twin beds with a TV, while the adjacent bedroom features a Queen sized bed. with TV.
The house is fully furnished and decorated with luxury and comfort in mind. The garage and driveway provide storage of beach equipment and parking for 2 cars. There are no streets to cross to the beach and boards. Park your cars and leave them for the rest of the week! Extra free parking is available on the street one block off of the beach.
In this townhouse we also supply beach chairs, beach buggy, and beach umbrella. Also included are bath towels (linens can be rented from Wildwood Linen Supply as our supplier has closed shop).
We also provide a full time property manager who lives in North Wildwood to help insure that your vacation is everything that you expect it to be.
This property is one of the few six bedroom rentals in Wildwood and you can't get much closer to the beach and boardwalk. Truly one of the best in the Wildwoods.

The property is wonderful!! Very clean, very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Our group ranged from grandparents to 3 year olds and it accommodated everyone! Bonus is how close it is to the boards and can't beat being across the street from Hassle's Icecream!! Highly recommend staying here!

The house was perfect for our group. Four families in town for a sporting competition at the convention center. The house was what we expected from the listing. The host was extremely communicative throughout the whole process. The location was 6 min from the convention center by car which was great for our early meet times. Kitchen was well stocked so we were able to get an Instacart order and cook. Room for three cars off the street to park with no problem. And the beach boardwalk just steps away! Great place and we would stay again for sure.
