Lisbon Prime Aparts - Sé

El apartamento es como en las fotos. Íbamos con miedo por algunos comentarios, pero al llegar vimos q todo estaba casi bien. Tb hay gel y champú,en el baño. Y en la cocina ,había gel lavaplatos (pero no estropajo,ni bayeta) El apartamento estaba limpio y en muy buena zona, es un cuarto,sin ascensor.

Tiene algunos desperfectos,q se podían arreglar en 10 minutos, como la puerta de madera de la habitación,q le falta una tabla, alguna bombilla q no funciona , la puerta del baño q necesita un pestillo,colgadores para toallas y colgador para el papel higiénico. Por parte del anfitrión, debería suministrar estropajo,escoba, fregona y papel de cocina, q no supone un gran desembolso y viene muy bien para poder dejar la casa en buenas condiciones. Tenía cápsulas de café, infusiones,azúcar y sal, se agradece para no salir corriendo a comprar .

La ubicacion y el espacio

la puerta del baño se abria todo el tiempo, y el baño se inunda muy rapido al bañarse. Tmb tenes q subir y bajar 5 pisos fue agotados

There are many small nuances that need to be addressed . Example , the toilet door won't close , the kettle is leaking .

Location

Misleading photos. Nobody to meet on arrival despite it being specified that there would be. Great difficulty getting anyone to assist with access. Unexpected large security deposit requested over phone before able to get into room. No mention that room was on 5th floor. We are in our seventies and found this an issue. There was handrail on the steep stairs for only one section. No info on wifi in the room. Had to message owner to get the code. Messaged owner to say no lights working in kitchen. Was asked to send photo??? No response when I queried what the photo should show so we had no lights in the kitchen for our whole stay. Bathroom was tiny and the sliding door which separated it from the living area was broken and off the sliding rail so couldn’t be closed.
