Welcome to our beautiful well located apartment, right in the heart of the historic center of Lisbon! Located in Baixa and built on the medieval ramparts of D. Fernando, you will be a stone's throw from Terreiro do Paço and the main tourist sites and attractions, as well as the magnificent river front - with its beautiful views, terraces and promenades. Excellent transport facilities, you will be close to popular cafes, restaurants, shops and museums.

La Baixa is in the heart of Lisbon and the ideal place to stay. It is the main shopping and banking district stretching from the banks of the Tagus to the very lively and glamorous Avenida da Liberdade, nestled between the two hills of Alfama and Chiado.
A stone's throw from Terreiro do Paço, the apartment is located in an 18th century building, built at the time of the reconstruction of Lisbon by the Marquis de Pombal, after the great earthquake of 1755, and built above from the "Muralha Fernandina". medieval ramparts of King D. Fernando) - yet presenting a contemporary interior design and offering all the modern comfort of the 21st century.

• CHILDREN of all ages also count as guests (all linen and towels included + Baby travel cot available upon request). Thank you so much for bearing that in mind when making your reservation – please book them as CHILD (and not INFANTS) otherwise Airbnb will not count them as valid guests
SELF CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
• This flat is equipped with a smart lock that allows for safe & practical self check-in. Upon booking, you will receive a unique access code valid throughout your stay.
• Our check-in/out times are flexible and upon request & availability (generally check-in after 15:00 and check-out till 11:00)
OPTIONAL IN-PERSON CHECK-IN:
• For guests who prefer to be personally welcomed by our staff, we provide in-person check-ins for 30€ per appointment.
• Late/Early Check-in: an extra 20€ fee applies for in-person check-in between 21:00–9:00 (including flight changes, delays with flights or transports, and all situations for which we cannot be held responsible - we appreciate your understanding).
• DELAYS: When the guest arrives later than agreed for reasons of their responsibility, an extra fee applies after 30 minute tolerance, at the rate of 7,5€ per each 0h30.
INTERMEDIATE CLEANING:
• For stays of 8 days or longer, we offer an intermediate overall cleaning: this will be required not only to ensure our guests the best comfort possible, as to check that all equipment/appliances are functioning properly in the apartment. (Date & time to be arranged with guests)

Apartment is in Third floor be prepare if you have luggages, one suggestions night tables beside bed should have drawer for book,reading glasses etc. Otherwise very happy happy stay. Everything was perfect best location

Joana was very responsive and communicative. They even had the apartment cleaned for us halfway through our stay. It's a lovely apartment in a great location, just 2 blocks from Praca de Comercio.

The apartment was splendid, it had all the amenities we needed and then some. We were very close to some wine bars and restaurants and a short walk to most attractions. Our host Joana was very accommodating with all our questions and was helpful with some restaurant suggestions.

Was pretty good there is no elevator so four flights of stairs is hard with luggage and a child and it has no AC would make it nicer
