Overall great stay and we would definitely book here again.

The property was in excellent condition and had everything we needed. Big plus to the ping pong table and box of children’s toys in the garage that was converted into a playroom which kept my kids (and husband) occupied and happy! It was a cute and quiet neighborhood. The beds were also really comfortable.

We wish it had a BBQ.

It was clean. Garage play room was nice. Parking was great and felt safe.

Furniture was so uncomfortable, especially couches. Beds were meh. Pillows were terrible.. House was so cold but finally contacted the host and they said the heat did not get turned on. Sent picture how to turn on,, then warm. Not really close to beach.Only streaming so need to bring your own login. No TV's in bedrooms.

It was a comfortable stay and very conveniently located.

We enjoyed the open layout and the game room. We also enjoyed being within walking distance to some fun eateries and the main trail along the beach. We had some TV problems and we received immediate responses to reach a fix.

The sensor in the kitchen sink was a little annoying and it took some getting used to. My girls swear there must be a gnome in the fridge as their favorite food kept on disappearing, but I don't think that gnome came from the house😉.

Metal kitchen chairs. The house runs on the cool side and sitting on metal chairs made me super cold. Just a suggestion you might consider more comfortable chairs around that table since that is where you need to sit if you are working.

Exceptional

Great size home, kids loved every aspect, very clean, felt safe, close to everything we wanted. The games room and laundry facilities were especially handy as this was near the end of our holiday away. Will definitely aim to stay here again.

No breakfast. The location was very good.

You MUST tell visitors that the access code for the house will not work unless you first press "Schlage." The kitchen faucet turns on and then stops -- unless you press the black button on the stem. It was difficult to impossible to use the TV because there were no instructions nor even a list of available stations.

My Dad's birthday getaway

The beds were comfortable. The home was very nice for my Dad's 79th birthday. We loved sightseeing in the area. The neighborhood was quiet.

We found ants in the kitchen when we arrived. The kitchen chairs were uncomfortable. They needed cushions. The back bedroom with a queen bed mattress kept sliding on the frame needing constant repositioning.

The property was very clean. It was easy to get into the house and out. The facilities are good and modern.

The advertisement is walk to the beach, but it's too far to walk for 20 minutes. We rented this property for my wedding at the beach but when I knew that it will take us 20 minutes to walk to Surfer Beach, I changed it to Poplar Beach instead, so we can just drive because my witnesses are both disabled. Also, I did not know that we cannot accept visitors to the property. I thought that only additional persons that will sleep in the property that is not allowed without the consent of the host. It was nerve wracking because my stepsons have to pick up their tuxedos the day before the wedding and we thought to have a little snack in the house after the wedding because the reception dinner is at 5pm at Mezza Luna Restaurant. So we had the snacks at Poplar Beach instead but it was too difficult to bring all the snacks to the beach going up and down the stairs because as I said my witnesses were disabled. All the 6 of us were not comfortable staying in the house, we always like walking on egg shells because we might break something or dirty the property or what not??? We left the property as if we did not stay there. Cleaned everything and placed the trash in its designated bins even tho' I paid for cleaning. We are not there to party just like maybe other renters and all of us are all adults. I did not have this kind of house rules with AirBnb. I have been using AirBnb since 2014 but I don't have this kind of an issue. In fact, all my reviews are excellent with the AirBnb hosts. I don't think I can recommend this place to my friends. And Booking.com said that the fastest way to communicate with the host is by calling them, but they don't answer the phone at all.

Beautiful house, good location, and an amazing birthday getaway spot.

We really enjoyed the play room with all the games and child toys, as well as being able to hangout in the backyard. I loved the house. And we were appreciative that we were able to check-out somewhat later.

The only thing that I was a little worried about was bothering the neighbors. We didn't seem to have any problems with any of them, so I might have been worried for nothing.
