Everything -- beautiful views from upstairs; the yards were clean and beautifully landscaped; lots of room to do our independent writing/work, while also being able to gather for meals; beds were very comfortable; kitchen was perfect for our needs -- had everything we could have possibly wanted for meal prep. Nice, quiet and very safe neighborhood. Appreciated the laundry room and extra fridge downstairs. The proximity to the beach -- even though clearly stated on the website -- was really amazing.
Not so much that we didn't like it, as everything worked well for us; but, I think it would be helpful to know for groups who might have someone with mobility concerns that the stairs can be a bit much after a while. We had a group member with a minor foot injury, which she wasn't concerned with, until we entered and realized the kitchen, dining, and gathering spaces were all upstairs. We believe other groups (especially families who might have someone with mobility concerns) might want to see an explicit statement about how the kitchen and dining areas are all upstairs. One quick thing to recommend -- a bench to sit on while removing/putting on shoes downstairs in the laundry room would have been great.

From the beginning of the search for a “Holiday beach home” the communication was excellent. Property is a block away from the beach; spacious; well stocked; local restaurant within walking distance. All our needs were met.
This was not an issue for my family but want to mention if you have mobility issues, the kitchen and living areas are on the second level (bedrooms and laundry first level) - navigating stairs my be of concern for small children and those needing assistance walking.

Absolutely stunning location with views of the ocean that is only a block away (1 minute walk).
The home itself has plenty of room, we are a family of 6 with 4 kids under 12 years of age and the space was more than enough including a big back yard.
The neighborhood is very quiet and cozy and seems to be a very happy community and neighbors actually wave and smile 😃
If a had to pick something it would only be a new coat of interior paint.

Great location near the trails & beach. Close driving distance to downtown half moon bay. Beautiful home was able to accommodate all 11 of us!
