Great location with an excellent layout. Highly recommended for groups. The substantial kitchen and great access to the beach and highway were huge pluses. I really loved staying here with my group.

Beautiful property, accommodated 12 kids/adults combined and 2 dogs. A wonderful time was had by all. The short walk to the beach (2 minutes max), along with the views and beach area were all worth it. Loved the restaurant close by too, food was delicious! A couple of negatives though: the picnic table and benches in the back yard were unsafe and unusable and the grill did not work.

Pros: great beach access, wonderful restaurant very close by, in walking distance, large space inside for gathering of friends and family, allows dogs, plenty of bedroomsCons: icemaker broken, no ice, tv not working, heating on Celsius not Fahrenheit, several windows in the house were open and rusted so we were unable to close them
