L'amfitriona, Patrícia, viu porta amb porta amb l'estudi i això ens ho va facilitar tot molt perquè sabíem que l'estada seria fàcil, tenint-la tan a prop, en cas que necessitàrem alguna cosa. A més, l'apartament estava proveït de tot: café i aigua de cortesia, paper per al bany i de cuina... L'ampli balcó dóna directament al canal de Perpignà i fa goig de poder desdejunar-hi. Tot l'apartament està reformat: cuina ben equipada i bany nou amb una ampla dutxa. Finalment, la ubicació és immillorable: a 1 minut del Castillet de Perpignà i d'un supermercat, a 2 min de les Galeries Le Halles (un lloc espectacular per a menjar, sopar i prendre unes copes fins a altes hores de la matinada i amb bona música), a 5 min de la Plaça de la República i a 15 min passejant del Palau dels reis de Mallorca. M'hi tornaria a allotjar sense cap mena de dubte!! :)
