Located in Alcúdia, the villa is in a quiet area, with easy access to nearby beaches, the historic center and all services such as supermarkets, restaurants and leisure areas.
Services and conditions of stay.
The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.36 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

Our stay at Villa Can Magnus was a pleasant surprise. Although we travelled at the end of the season, the house was in perfect condition and was a real discovery for us. From the very first moment, we were impressed by the spaciousness, cleanliness and level of equipment, which made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay.
The villa has a very pleasant atmosphere and an excellent location, which allowed us to relax and, at the same time, explore the surroundings of Alcúdia with ease. Despite being at the end of the season, the experience was impeccable and the trip was a 10 in every way.

We came as a group of cyclists for Ironman and Villa Can Magnus was perfect for us. The house is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need. After our rides, we really enjoyed the beer keg by the pool, which made for some very pleasant afternoons. The garden and pool were ideal for relaxing after cycling, and the location is very convenient for accessing the training routes.
Highly recommended for sports groupscyclists.

We were positively surprised of the nice outdoor area surrounding the house. The cleaning service was perfect and general location was also great. An excellent location a few steps from a wonderful beach. Very nice large patio for eating outside. The staff was kind and helpful.

Highly recommend Villa Can Magnus to any groups travelling to Mallorca. There is plenty of space and the villa matches the description perfectly. It was all we've expected and more. Clean, cooking was a pleasure in the kitchen, lots of space and sun everywhere in the house, the swimming pool was top the kids enjoyed it very much ... whenever we go to Mallorca again we know where to go.
