Villa Joana Barcares is an incredible house for 10 people with a pool, modern and conveniently located between the beaches of Es Clot and Morer Vermell, which are just 200 meters away and the old town of Alcudia, 500 meters away, with its many narrow streets, Intimate restaurants and a good selection of shops.
The villa is named after the small beach "Barcares" which is located on the north side of the coast, just 400 meters from the villa. The proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach make this an ideal place for a family vacation.
Villa Joana de Barcares has 5 bedrooms (the house accommodates up to 10 people), 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room, an exquisite porch facing the garden and a 10 x 5 meter pool.

We had a water leak in the house. We quickly got in contact with service and got help. Even if the problem couldn’t to full extent be fixed at the time we could still stay and got a fair compensation.
The service agent Gabriel is 5 stars.
We could have felt more even better if the decision on compensation had come earlier.

Great villa close to amenities and Alcúdia old town. Great bar round the corner…. Needs a new shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom!!!

Great place to stay, our host was fantastic, great communication for the most part. Beautiful part of the island, short walk to the old town
We were not made aware of the tax charge, which means after already clearing the balance I now have to ask for more money from each guest. Our group would have liked more pillows to be available. The rubbish collection was not made clear which caused a few of the neighbours question us. We cleared the rubbish daily as requested
