The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.
– We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.
– Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.
– At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.
House rules and schedules.
– Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
– Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
– Parties and events are not allowed.
– No pets allowed.
Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.
Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.
Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. The meter will be read both upon arrival and departure.
Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.
Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

Spacious house with great views.
We stayed in this house in April 2025. it was still cold but the weather was starting to get nice. The house is very well equipped and has heating in every area, so the cold was not a problem. There were also two tennis/paddle tennis courts, so we enjoyed staying at home doing activities. The agency's service was quite good as they were available at all times for anything we needed, although luckily we didn't need them.

We stayed at Villa Golf and it was a perfect holiday. The house is very well equipped and clean. The agency's service was great. Sebastian was very helpful, giving us recommendations about the area and answering all our questions.

Very spacious house in a prime area of Alcanada. We have been coming to Mallorca for several years to stay in luxury homes, and we can say that this is one of them. The cleanliness was impeccable, as were the facilities and maintenance, and the value for money is excellent we will come back.

Just wonderful to have all that outdoor space with two tennis courts and all kinds of sporting equipment. Our kids were especially enjoying the ping pong table. Great pool and pool area. The villa itself is very comfortable with superb views. Couldn't recommend it enough!
