Located in Alcudia, the Gran Vista Mar holiday home offers guests beautiful sea views. This three-story house features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 additional toilets, accommodating up to 12 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, washing machine, and TV. There is also a ping-pong table. A cot, baby changing table, and high chair are provided.
The private outdoor area features an unheated pool, garden, outdoor furniture, partially covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. From here, you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and mountains.
The nearest restaurant is 99 m away. The closest café is 2.68 km away. The nearest bar is 99 m away, and the supermarket is 372 m away. Cala Cocodrilo beach is just 120 m away.
Free parking is available on the street, on the property, and in a garage. Pets are not allowed.
The property has security cameras in common areas, but these will be deactivated during your stay and while guests are inside. Cameras are located in the entrance hall, hallway, kitchen door (no interior view), upper floor stairs, and interior garage entrance.

Pros: Nice and quiet villa, with three restaurants all within walking distance, as well as a small supermarket. Plus a beach nearby. We didn’t bother with car hire which worked well, though would suggest the odd taxi trip into Alcúdia to do a big shop occasionally, as cheaper.

The check in/out and communication process with the host was seamless. The house and location are exceptional and just as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly.
The house more than comfortably accommodated our family of 11. The sleeping floor has A/C units which were essential for our unseasonably warm June visit. The view and breeze of Alcudia Bay off of the house terrace was amazing. The house location is perfect for walking to a few restaurants, a small grocery store, and a picturesque harbor. The city of Alcudia is a quick car ride and worth the trip! We were also located within decent driving distance to Sa Colabra road and the Torrent de Pareis which is a must do.
