Casa do Sapalinho II - Setubal Downtown

Location is perfect!

The sewage smell from the bathroom, they could use some chemical to keep their use odour friendly from the sewage. The steep stair cases, not ideal for toddlers and elderly. The size of the bathroom not easy to move around, too compact. The bedroom bedding not so ideal, proper duvet with duvet cover needed. There was left over grocery (perhaps from previous tenants) which I feel should be kept away when guest visit. The door lock and issue to open and close. Door lock needs attention!

House was refurbished with good taste and it's functional. It was clean and comfortable. It's close to cafe's, restaurants and supermarket.

The bathroom had a faint but present odour of probably the sewers.

Brilliant quiet location in beautifully reformed house.

Stairs a little steep and bathroom a bit small but grand for a couple of days.

The person responsible for the stay was very nice and accommodating. The apartment was very clean, and I do mean VERY clean, which is always great. The location is superb, it’s right in the town center and close to everything.

The apartment is a bit small. So it would be absolutely great for a couple people staying over but not more than that. There were three of us staying and I caught myself thinking the it was a bit crammed a few times.
