Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig, nur wenige Minuten bis zum Praca Bocage, dem zentralen Platz. Die Größe der Wohnung ist für 2 Personen sehr komfortabel.

Gewisse Anlaufschwierigkeiten hatten wir mit dem neuen Induktionsherd. Die Jahre vorher stand in der Küche ein ganz normaler Gasherd, das war natürlich einfacher für uns.

Limpeza

Ubicación y agilidad para reservar. Bien equipada.

Limpieza en sofá y sillas de casa. Que puerta del baño y la casa de ducha no funcionaban.

The property is spacious and located in the centre of Setubal. Close proximity to the restaurant’s and main attractions. Its in a quieter neighbourhood so sleeping with open windows is not an issue. Staff were nice and quick to respond over the app. You can leave luggage at their office is asked nicely.

The amenities were outdated. The washing machine is old and mouldy, it leaked water with every use. There were two big stains on my bedsheets. At one point a huge cockroach came out of the bathroom. It was a size of a big toe and crunched upon impact, the rest of the trip we were paranoid of its friends. Its also annoying that they only allow check-in from 4pm even if no one’s in and property is ready for new guests. They could’ve also included a few complementary coffee pods, just one for each guest because sometimes you come at a time when shops are closed. At least a small bottle of complementary water or 2 tabs of washing liquid/ dishwasher tablets. One of each is enough to feel welcomed and taken care of on those first days.
