"Fabulous location, and 109 had no stairs. There was a problem with the heater and they came right away and fixed it! The kitchen was well- fitted. The shower was wonderful!"

Era acolhedor e tinha tudo o que precisávamos.
Pena ser em frente a um bar/discoteca, e ouve se muito quem está no andar de cima, ouve se as pessoas a andarem pelo chão.

Estadia muito agradável, casa muito organizada. Tanto o sofá como a cama são muito confortáveis. A casa de banho e os chuveiros estavam muito bem higienizados. Dispõe também de uma televisão com a possibilidade de ser virada na direção da cama, o que é fantástico para quem quiser ver algo deitado. A cozinha é igualmente muito funcional, com panelas, pratos e utensílios disponíveis para cozinhar.
Creio que a maior falha é mesmo o isolamento acústico. Com um estabelecimento noturno mesmo em frente ao apartamento, quem tem sono leve pode facilmente acordar com o barulho. Não foi o meu caso, mas até adormecer incomodou um pouco.

A acomodação está localizada num ponto muito próximo do Centro Histórico e dispõe de ótimos restaurantes e mercados ai redor.
Infelizmente o ralo do banheiro (chuveiro) tinha baixo escoamento de água.

La distribución del estudio no era mala pero…
Se notaba mucho que era un local comercial transformado en apartamento Mala insonorización (ruidos) y aislamiento (mucha humedad) Olores desagradables sobre todo en el baño Detalles como papeleras en mal estado o equipamiento de cocina pobre o los olores podrían evitarse sin tener que invertir demasiado y que por tanto no afectase al precio de final
