Perfect location. Nice little apartment. Sorry I went through booking.com. 2nd time in this building. First apartment was nicer.

Price was high because of booking.com. There were no wash rags and the towels were worn.

Excelente localização, cama e sofá confortáveis, ambiente tranquilo e mais do que suficiente para passar alguns dias. Adorei a estadia!

Porta de entrada do prédio muito pesada, pequena e ruim de abrir, e escada íngreme (tendo em vista que me hospedei com minha avó cadeirante de 96 anos.

Está bien decorado y bien ubicado, aunque las fotos son engañosas cuando llegue ni había patio para mi mascota y el piso estaba en un segundo con las escaleras muy empinadas,

Las escaleras, no había patio y la limpieza fatal, la ducha y el baño en general no funciona bien

Great location. The property is located in Setúbal old town and all main spots are at walking distance. There is no parking in front of the property but it is possible to load and unload there, so not a major issue (be prepared to only find paid parking intown).

1. Smelly toilet: The bathroom had a horrible smell all the time (it smelled like a dirty public toilet) 2. Missing adequate items in kitchen: Although there was a kitchen there, and this was one of the reasons that made us choose the place, there were only two huge pans for cooking (I wanted to cook some rice for 3 people and I only had a huge pan). One of the pans was so old that it was loosing tiny bits of the material from the inside. I have asked for some extra cloths for the kitchen as I was staying 10 days and I was only given one. 3. Not clear in advert that refills are not included: They have offered toilet paper and dish soap - when I asked for a refil I was told they wouldn't give it to me (it should be clear on the advert that this is not included - I never stayed in a place where I had to buy dish soap or toilet paper). 4. Delivery of the keys at arrival: We sent some texts and phoned on the day of the arrival to sort out the meeting to get the keys. They took ages to answer us - no response to text messages. First I was told one person would be at the porperty and then another. When we arrived there was no one waiting for us. They have given the key to our room to other guests and we all stayed there waiting ages for them to come back with the correct keys. And I had a baby with me and advise them of that in advance 5. Saying this, I think it was too expensive for what it was offered. Even given the good location.
