Rakennuksen sijainti on erinomainen. Talon isännästä jäi positiivinen kokonaiskuva. Majoituksessa on oma huoneisto, jossa on puhtaat lakanat, pyyhkeet ja kylpyhuone.
Rakennus kokonaisuudessaan, LVI ja sähkötyöt vaativat perusteellista remonttia. Sisäpiha vaatinee myös työstämistä.
