Simple but ok hotel, too bad for the extra charges for swimming pool

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Not much to see nearby the hotel.

We had to pay extra to use the swimming pool (5 euro for access incl. towel). If we wanted one simple chair and an umbrella, it was an additional 20 euro... So taking a swim with 3 persons would be 35 euro. Every morning at breakfast the eggs and bacon were cold because the machine underneath was not turned on. Is it normal that a customer needs to activate this in order to have warm eggs and bacon 5 minutes later?

If you need a hotel in the area, it’s good enough

We arrived very late and receptionist, though absent, arranged for our entry.

Not a four star property (e.g., no drinking glass in room, barely any toiletries, no bedside outlets). Reception closed before 11 p.m.

Great value, but would be nice if there were some updates to the property.

This property was fine, however, it is older. The staff were amazing and everything was clean. If you prefer something updated, this may not be for you.

Nothing, what you would remember for the rest of the life.

We couldn't use pool, which was in hot summer (July) rather strange. Air Condition was not able to cool the room to at least 25degrees. Breakfast was rather lower stadard based on the experience from other hotels, which we have used during the roadtrip in Italy.

Very little air conditioning on. Reception only manned sporadically. Swimming pool floor covered in slime totally unacceptable. Bins in room not emptied and they tried to charge me for changing the towels. Breakfast cold. I would never use this hotel again!

the stuff was really kind and welcoming

breakfast was really bad, especially the eggs and croissants. the location is not good. the room was really hot, even with the full AC on. for sure this is not supposed to be more than a 2 stars Hotel.

Arriving late at night and after a 9 hour driving journey, A very rude member of staff asked me to move my car from where I stopped for a couple of minutes just to drop my wife at the reception only to check in. The worst first impression possible!! He could have a great career as a traffic officer! Hospitality is clearly not for him!!!!!

Underwhelming and overpriced

Good breakfast and polite staff.

The room and the place were different from what is advertised on booking and on the hotel's website. No restaurant, room service, no view, or wellness services. Most importantly, the A/C blows directly on the bed, and the flow cannot be regulated. We spent the night turning the system off and on. The bathroom sink was also partially clogged, and only a small soap bar and two tiny bottles of shampoo were provided for two people. Definitely not what we expected from a 4 stars hotel and for the price.

I wouldn't survive two breakfasts.

Large bathroom in relation to the accommodation unit.

Breakfast was a total disappointment. They put cornflakes on the table, but don’t put milk. I don't know why, I guess to watch ... Breakfast starts at 7:00, milk arrives at 8:00. There was no juice, the coffee was not to be poured as usual, but from the cafe. Nothing but a few cakes. They didn’t even put croassani which is the standard in Italy. The croissants were placed on the table around 8:00 and about 10 pieces (we are talking about a hotel with a lot of rooms). Rusks, nutella and marmalade. Shame. The meaty part, salami and cheese came after breakfast had already started a long time ago, around 8:30. It is clear to me that breakfast in Italy is generally poor, but this was below all expectations. Question for the owner ... So when you have already invested millions in the facility, why are you so stingy to invest in a normal breakfast? People won’t come back if the wall is painted blue, but they will if they see a smile (it’s free), good food and a comfortable mattress and pillow (and that part isn’t exactly some, the beds are hard). Make it a competitive advantage and you will not have an empty hotel. Look at how Bulgarians do it (even feel free to come to Croatia). There are probably no scrambled eggs in Italy, ham, hot dogs, sausages ... I don't know if you've seen that ... that it exists. To summarize shamefully and miserably.
