Lovely apartment 120 with two bedrooms in ground floor. Located in the Brisas de Mar II Urbanization, 1.5 km from Dénia and 50 meter from the Las Marinas beach. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other room with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower, one in the main bedroom and the other in the hallway. A Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and direct exit to the terrace. Living room & dinning room with TV + Astra, Free WiFi, air conditioning / heating and exit to the terrace and a small private garden. Large terrace with direct exit to the communal garden and swimming pool. The urbanization has paddle tennis court.

Apartment in an ideal place for us as we like a walk in the evening into town & is also close to the beach. The apartment is spacious with everything needed for our stay. Hopefully return next year.

Instalaciones espectaculares, trato amable y flexibilidad en la entrega y recogida de llaves. Sin duda cuando vuelva a Denia será el primer lugar que considere para nuestra estancia.
