The kitchen needs updating The most important thing when I'm renting a condo is how clean and updated the kitchen is, we couldnt use the microwave as it was dirty and the rice cooker was old but we managed to clean it ourselves before using it For me the kitchen and food preparation areas has to be clean and usable The microwave and rice cooker needs replacement

I didn't know this, so I was panicking when owner was unresponsive on my questions on how to access the property haha my fault I didn't specify our ETA on the onset. Anyway, back to my feedback: the property location is very convenient, just beside Ayala Mall. The condo was spacious, 2 bedroom and 2 batchroom. There's AC units in each room and in the living area. The TV was huge, with Netflix and has great sounds. The internet speed was reliable. There's hot and cold water to both showers. There's a full size ref, working stove, electric kettle. I kept looking for the broom and mop. I didn't find it haha I want to clean a bit because the kids were a bit rowdy, snacking everywhere 😅

The property was not clean. The bathroom was not clean,still has hairs in the shower. Floor was dusty
