★How does our Home Cleaning differ from others?
➊ Each check-out, we clean and disinfect *high and low* touch surface. Especially we vacuum to prevent the indoor air pollution causing cough & sore throat to our guests, but many other homes may not use vacuums to save on the Electric Bill
➋ Our sofa bed has a warm wooden frame and two removable washable mattresses, so that we replace the fresh mattresses covers after each stay. It will ensure our next guests' health and hygiene

Place was okey lots of people long lines checking in. We asked Security about owners name check list said nobody by that name here. Lady near the line answered I know her let me call. Lady said she uses different names apparently when renting her place with different rental companies. Place was clean but needs serious update and fumigation we where not even there an hour we were infested with small little ants on top of sink, table. We gone to dine out. Came back ants was on bathroom sink and on our beds. Lucky mall / grocery was still open got us a spray can. We clean upon using to make snacks and drinks, then spray to control if you forget to spray for 3 hours they are back and we don’t know where they come from since we are way up 10th floor. 2nd day big roach was in bedroom I have to do a bad deed of disposing. Bathroom top wall tissue dispenser needed TLC so as tiles need scrubbing it’s dingy. Took bunch of photos. We don’t cook we eat out everyday but they need to have extra bowls to put different fruits and goodies in. And extra hand towel to wipe with. So far we enjoyed walking around which is close to everything mall to shop and groceries to buy different fruits, snacks n stuff, restaurants for breakfast at Carlitos n dinner to different places was super walking distance that’s all we do explore places to eat, food was great so as prices. Security guards are very respectful greet us every time we go in n out. Second day cleaning lady came by early told us she forgot to change beddings gave us set of towels, rugs and blankets. One day all three of us decided to go different way one person stayed to rest her legs then decided to go out thinking we will stay longer where ever we ventured. Wrong I came back after an hour was stuck at the lobby since there’s only one set of key for all three of us. That means we have to stay or stick together at all times. Stayed at the lobby for 3hours waiting for someone to come home finally guard felt sorry for me called manager to have place open. Was so thankful. Overall we have fun dining, shopping, going places,etc.

Me and my family stayed for one night. The place is very clean and well kept. The location is also strategic as it is near Fora mall & plenty of restaurants at a walking distance. Ms. Jacque is indeed a super host! She is very attentive, cordial and very efficient. We really love the place and will definitely recommend it to our friends! ;)

I and my family had a great time in Tagaytay, all because I was able to find a place to stay for a night with great service given by Miss Jacque. What I loved the most was the accessibility of the unit. My mom uses wheelchair and it wasn't easy finding a place to stay that costs an arm and a leg. Thank you!
