Family Group Affordable Staycation in tagaytay

Hard to get in. Too many verification steps. Stressful. Although the place was nice. But too much fussing around to get in.

When you book and pay online that should be the end. Then you should be able to just check into your room like Norma hotels. This process of getting permission signature from the owner etc. is soo stressful when you cannot just go straight to your room. I had to wait an hour at the gate. This has happened 2x to me in these kinds of accommodation. Once at midnight and this time late afternoon. I would avoid these kinds of accommodation next time. Just get a normal hotel.

Everything is awesome! I was amaze about the place. Didn't expect that much but it feels like you're in a place that you've never seen before. Thank you to the owner of this condo unit!

The location is a quiet and isolated place where you and your family can relax.

Parking and pool use weren't included in the price or even mentioned in the booking. The cooking range is old and does not heat up fast. The host even made a mistake with the booking and was unresponsive to viber and calls. I did call them several times for the guest listing and an authorization letter, but they were unresponsive. Upon arrival, we couldn't check in at once, reasoning they thought that the other person they were talking with before and during that day was with us. Their messages to me in booking.com are not appearing and even if you replied via email, they don't respond. Poor handling of customers. I'll never repeat and recommend any stay to this place.
