Elegant, and Family-Friendly 2BR in Pine Suites

The place was decent and clean when we arrived. The kitchen area was good for us, with complete utensils and cooking wares available.

The CR exhaust fan was not working. Please check the refrigerator before accepting the next guests, as we found a leftover ice cream tub when we arrived. The sofa was also not very comfortable, as we kept slipping down while sitting. The living room could use better ventilation. We had to open the bedroom doors so the air conditioning could reach the living area. The chandelier is also quite large for the room, making the space look smaller. The host was unresponsive during our stay. We received instructions before check-in and check-out, but our inquiries during the stay were not answered. The 10:00 AM check-out time was also too early for us. This was our first experience with such an early check-out, as 12:00 noon is more common. For the general condo area, the floor tiles were very slippery, especially since it was raining during our stay. For the safety of guests and tenants, we recommend addressing this issue to help prevent accidents and injuries. The free parking area was also quite far from the unit, so we had to pay ₱400 to park in the basement area of the building. We found this quite expensive. A parking fee of around ₱100–₱200 for overnight parking would be more reasonable.

What I liked most about the property was its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and kind owner. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I also appreciated the owner’s flexibility and generosity when I asked if it was possible to add an extra person to our booking, which she kindly accommodated without any additional fee. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

The carpet smelled like dog pee The price in booking.com is not up to date. Owner asked us to pay extra despite the screenshot I have sent them of the listing in booking.com app. Owner also did not specify prior to day of the booking that there are only 2 towels provided, they even asked for extra payment for extra towels. They did not provide extra towels regardless of 5 people indicated in the booking. OFFSITE parking was also not communicated prior to booking. ONSITE parking has a 400php fee. There are pool fees, pool wasn't even clean.
