A fridge and an AC were available in the room.

The location (no stores nearby, the train passes right by the building and is quite loud) and the fact that no one was there when I arrived and had to call them to come to check me in and give me the keys. Additionally, I expected the restaurant in the same building to be open, but it wasn't.
