    I stayed 3 nights at Fuzzy Log and it was indeed a very pleasant experience! Fast check-in by a very kind and professional staff and the room was as I expected it to be. I had a room for myself, close to the shared bathrooms which were clean and I never had to wait for a shower or toilet (ten showers and four toilets). There was also bathrooms for woman only. I enjoyed the gym, breakfast and other facilities. Fast reliable wifi. As they offer Pub Crawling I feared that there would be a lot of noise late at night but it was silent during my whole stay. No problem to sleep! The reception is located on 7th floor. They let me store my backpack while I went for a stroll along the river before catching the bus to Trieste, Italy. Fuzzy Log is less than ten minutes walk to the Three Bridges or a bit longer to the bus and train station. I will stay here again if I visit Ljubljana.

    Very neat and clean. The bathrooms were always tidy and clean. Never faced any issues with the staff or any of other guests. Location is the biggest plus point, just 3-4minutes walk to the bus and railway station and 4-5minutes walk to the city square. Highly recommend this.

    This cosy and clean place is very close to Ljubljana centre and has easy access to the train and bus station. However, the TV inside the capsules isn’t connected and doesn’t have its own air conditioning system. So you’ll be getting the central air temperature which you can’t control.

    I stayed here recently and the experience was incredibly frustrating. The indoor tents were advertised as having AC in the listing, but the reality is unliveable. There is absolutely no proper ventilation or airflow inside them, making them feel like an actual sauna. It was so hot that it was impossible to sleep or even spend time inside. Even if I wanted to let air in by opening the tent, there were plenty of mosquitoes eating me up. When I brought this up to the front desk to find a solution, the staff was completely unhelpful. They refused to move me to another room. For a place that markets itself as a modern, comfortable stay, the lack of basic climate comfort and the rigid, uncaring customer service made it a miserable experience.
