The apartment offers 98 sqm enough space for 5 people. Optionally, an additional bedroom with a small bathroom
(about 12 square meters) to be booked, so that 7 people can comfortably spend their holidays here.
You enter the apartment in a friendly and modern furnished living hall with a large wardrobe and ample storage space.
This opens to the ca 38 sqm large kitchen, dining and living area with fully equipped kitchen, a very high quality, comfortable dining area for up to 8 people and a friendly and modern furnished, light-filled living area with large sofa, reading area, high quality 40 Inch TV, and audio system.
Both bedrooms in the apartment have 2.60 m wide,
floor-to-ceiling glazed balcony doors so that you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic view from your pillow.
Bedroom 1: with large box spring double bed (180 x 200) large wardrobe, chest of drawers, small table, TV with DVD player etc.
Bedroom 2: with box spring double bed (140 x 200),
as well as a single bed, dresser, wardrobe in the hallway etc.
Bedroom 3: (optional when booking with more than 5 people)
with comfortable double sofabed (160x200) and private small bathroom
one floor above it - simply accessible via stairs or elevator.
