The apartment is in a great location, spacious, and the residents are so friendly.
The communication with Wonderful Italy is challenging in that response time is slow. It was difficult to get the keys out of the lock box plus there are 2 locked entry doors making entry into the building difficult. The apartment was not well stocked (for example no spatula for cooking, no dish towels, half a roll of toilet paper) and there was only one dishwasher tab. The trash bins were not labeled and there were no extra trash bags nor was there a trash bag already in the organic bin in the apartment.
