Lovely apartment minutes walk from Bari Vecchia, train station, and city centre.

Great location, short walk to the old town. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. The windows are double glazed so it’s very quiet, no street noise at all. We only stayed one night so didn’t use the kitchen, but looked like everything was there if you wanted to cook.

The shower was a little small and the grout was mildewed. There was no shower gel in the container, not a big deal we had our own.

The room was all right. Apart from a tiny shower, everything else was there: a good location, plenty of space, and all the facilities (air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine).

I definitely would not recommend booking it if you arrive after working hours. I informed the host that we would arrive between 2 and 3 am, but I didn't get the correct instructions. I was told we would open the door by sending a text message, but that was not the case. Luckily, my son accidentally opened a lock box and found the keys. We were sent the code, but only an hour later, when we were already asleep. The confirmation email stated that the room included breakfast. The host sent us some information about it, but there were two problems: 1) it was not clear where to go for breakfast; 2) by the time we received the message, breakfast was over. When we asked where we should go for breakfast the following day, the host replied that breakfast is not included in the price... Finally, as mentioned in some other reviews, the cleaners arrived half an hour before check-out time and rang the doorbell while we were getting ready to leave.
