Domus Midì - nel centro della città

This apartment has everything you may need and even more - it’s perfectly equiped, really spacious and clean. The location is the best part - you’re basically in the old town, 20mins walking distance from the train station, everything is close. The bed is very comfy. Marika was very helpful and responed very quickly all the time. Even let me to keep my backpack at their store after my check out, so I could enjoy my last day in Bari. I can 100% recommend Domus Midi and will come back!

Просторная комната, есть все необходимое, хозяйка очень приветливая и позаботилась максимально, чтобы мне было удобно и я чувствовала себя как дома

Были шумные соседи за стены, они полночи выходили и заходили в комнату, это было очень громко, я могла заснуть после часу ночи

Много уютен, чист и красиво обзаведен апартамент в сърцето на града, удобно разположен до Стария град, пристанището, центъра и гарата. Нашият хост Марика ни посрещна топло и сърдечно с прекрасна изненада - панетоне и шампанско за Новата година, а също и минерална вода, мляко, сладки и закуски. Комуникацията с нея беше отлична. Леглата и възглавниците бяха много удобни. Кухнята имаше всичко необходимо. Прекарахме чудесна ваканция с посрещане на Новата година и следващия път отново бихме избрали това красиво и уютно място за нашия престой!

The apartment is close to everything. Train station 19 minute walk. Shops, restaurants and bars all close by. The apartment had all the essentials needed.

Unfortunately the apartment is in a residential building which i don't think the residents are happy with holiday lets in the building. They constantly banged doors, banged walls. Not very nice when trying to sleep or have been asleep and so rudely awoken to very loud voices and running up stairs and doors banging. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbours beside you and above you use the toilet. Not very comfortable when lying in bed and you hear someone use the toilet as though they are right beside you. Very noisy street outside. Payment on the tourist tax not clear at all. Received an email saying don't forget to pay the tourist tax is not efficient. I thought i could pay online. To find out it wasn't up to me to pay the tax. It's up to the owner of the apartment to collect the payment on arrival. I had already left the apartment. I had to contact the owner to find out how to pay. It was then sorted and paid through revolout. Placing an envelope or small box in the apartment for tourist tax payment would be a thought for future.
