Very thoughtful hotel with a great aesthetic, fantastic AC, lovely front of staff service, convenient valet parking (A huge plus for a city stay!). Dog friendly and our fussy little Shih Tzu loved the comfort. The sound insulation was really effective and the beds comfortable - we had nothing but great things to say about this hotel!

Beautiful hotel, loved all the art and the room was really comfortable, great shower, slept well 🙂
Breakfast is in the cafe (not included) but we didn't know we had to book a table, as the cafe is open to the public. There should be some seats automatically reserved for hotel guests.

I chosed this hotel for position near the historical center of Graz.
The access to the room was inconvenient. We had to carry the big suit case on some stairs, in a place isolated.
Nobody told us about the extra price of the breakfast.
The decorations and furniture were strange. neither the pictures on the corridor walls, could not replace the sensation of isolation, and unwarming place.
