Fantastic location for road connectivity for the Red bull Ring and close to the historic centre. Very helpful staff. Clean and well presented. Good coffee and breakfast!
Not much that is fair to say considering the price and location. It is a touch dated BUT I would happily stay there again and this is the best test

Friendly welcome, convenient location, character hotel and pleasant courtyard restaurant
Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in room . No balcony as advertised by booking.com.

The garden terrace is lovely: shade trees kept it cool in 33° weather. Rooms 12 and 14 are ground level, so easily accessible for mobility-challenged travellers. But they are only two meters from the terrace, so if there are noisy groups there, one can hear them even if the window is closed. The bathroom is spacious and the shower excellent.
Five minutes' walk to the central park and bus stop to the central station. Ten minutes' walk to the university area with many cafes. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, but 15 euros per person felt rather high for breakfast. The personnel were helpful and friendly.
Big groups on the terrace could be seated farther away from the ground level rooms. Firmer pillows and mattresses would have been more comfortable.

Clean rooms, access to a restaurant adjacent to the hotel, close to main attractions and city center of Graz, friendly staff.
Cost/performance ratio rather on the expensive side for small and old-fashioned rooms. Very little choice of breakfast assortment. Noisy guests.
