Perfect location
The twin beds were very soft and uncomfortable - dipped in the middle, which meant we slept badly and our bodies ached/ hurt in the morning and took a while to move
The rooms a very basic but clean - could do with updating. The bathroom had been updated - good shower such a shame the old rusty radiator was put back in place - a heated towel rail would be good or at least some radiator paint !!

Location, room size, decency
Rooms could use some modernisation, beds are not the best for someone with backpain; parking is still quite expencive, disregarding the hige discount obtained at the hotel (from 40e/day to 20e/day)

Very good location, almost in the centre of the Graz. Close to the main attractions as Main Square or Castle.
Nothing particular. In room was no kettel and fridge, but it is not necessary. Maybe the wardrobe in my room was old, but I saw in others that was the new one for example.

Fantastic central location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, decent breakfast selection, and good value.
No air conditioning, tiny shower in one room, loud street noise, pillows were poor, and breakfast items ran out early one morning. Also no fridge in room.
